Kailash Yoga Ashram accepts no responsibility or liability for personal accident, death, loss, theft or damage to self or personal goods, cancellation of flights, delays, or costs to extend holiday/retreat due to illness or extreme/adverse weather conditions. All yoga retreats and holidays are undertaken at your own risk. All guests must obtain valid travel insurance and coverage for any eventuality on the retreat, as we are not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, sickness or injuries incurred. We are also not liable for flight cancellations and delays, natural disasters, threat of war, airport closure, civil strife, industrial action, technical transfer problems, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in personal circumstances, participants’ medical or psychological conditions which may develop during or after the retreat or any other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest at the accommodation. All masseurs and therapists who may offer services on our retreats have been carefully selected and work independently, carrying their insurance and licences.
