Healing emotions can be different for every person. Sometimes, we may need to work with the mind, while at other times the body or energy may need more attention. We don’t have to address everything simultaneously. We will concentrate on a couple of regions as we go, depending on our healing journey.
During the retreat, we use spiritual healing practices to support the body, calm the mind, balance the energy body, and connect with the deeper self. We may not work on every part at the same time. Sometimes, we focus on the mind. At other times, we may work with the body or energy. Step by step, these disciplines create room for emotional recovery and your own inner well-being.

Theme of The Program
Finding a balance between mindfulness and emotions is not always easy. Once we conquer the essence of emotions and their effect on our day-to-day lives, we can say, to some extent, that we are emotionally balanced. In our 6-day emotional healing retreat, Yoga and movement, along with Meditation, Pranayama, nature walks, circle talks and other techniques to release emotions stored in the mind and body, are used to enable holistic health.
This 6-day emotional wellness Retreat uses various practices, including Pranayama (breathing) body movements, meaningful arts (stone painting, candle making, etc.), meditation, and sound healing. This emotional healing program in Goa is precisely structured, grounded in a profound insight into the mind’s patterns and functioning, and delivered by individuals with mystical experiences and historical life preparation, to handhold hearts as they join Kailash Yoga Ashram on their healing journey.

YOGA ASANAS
1–2 yoga sessions daily — start your day with a grounding morning Yoga flow to get you feeling alive and ready for whatever comes your way. Then, as the sun sets, join us for a gentle practice to help you let go of any stress you might be holding and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

MEDITATION
1–2 daily outdoor meditation sessions, where we’ll not only connect with ourselves but also with nature to help you heal. Additionally, you will be taught various techniques to quiet your mind and discover your true inner self.

PRANAYAMA
Our mornings will start with simple yet powerful breathing techniques that have a profound, soul-nurturing impact by channelling vital life force. You’ll also learn how to use your breath as an anchor to stay in the present moment, where life truly unfolds.

EXCURSIONS
During our retreat, we love to get out and explore the magic of Rishikesh! Each day we take you on at least one excursion to discover its rich culture, spiritual spots like temples, ghats, and ashrams, and even serene white sand beaches by the Ganga. We add a bit of adventure with short hikes and nature walks, letting you connect deeply with India’s vibrant soul and the peaceful yogic vibes of Rishikesh.

SOUND HEALING
Sound healing sessions use gentle vibrations and calming music to relax your mind, release emotional blocks, and bring deep peace to your heart.

NUTRITION
During your stay, we serve pure, light, and nourishing Sattvic food — rich in prana and made with love. Sattvic meals help cleanse the body, calm the mind, and raise energy levels, allowing you to go deeper into your yoga and meditation practice.

ACCOMODATION
Our yoga retreat accommodations are cozy, clean, and comfortable. All rooms come with air conditioning, WiFi, an attached bathroom, and a courtesy tray. They are available for single occupancy or double occupancy — double occupancy is perfect for two people who are traveling together.
