What to expect?
Experience a transformative 5-day healing program with focus on Yoga & Meditation practices. We will teach you different techniques of Mindfulness and some powerful Asanas, that you will be able to reproduce even at home, once the retreat is over.
Our mission is to firstly understand your personal needs, state of mind and health issues so that we can lead you on your spiritual journey towards self-care and well-being. We will give you useful tips for finding inner peace and balance even in a hustle of a busy lifestyle.
Besides practical classes of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation, you will have the opportunity to admire beauty of Rishikesh with its stunning landscapes of mountain ranges underlined with Ganga River flowing underneath. We will take you to holy places to inspire fully the special atmosphere of this city with its rich history and traditions.
Nevertheless, the journey of rejuvenation would not be complete without a balanced diet. That is why we pay a special attention when selecting meals for our Yogis. With homemade cuisine, using solely local and organic ingredients, your body will receive nutrients that it needs to take you through these active days.


YOGA ASANAS
1–2 yoga sessions daily — start your day with a grounding morning Yoga flow to get you feeling alive and ready for whatever comes your way. Then, as the sun sets, join us for a gentle practice to help you let go of any stress you might be holding and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

MEDITATION
1–2 daily outdoor meditation sessions, where we’ll not only connect with ourselves but also with nature to help you heal. Additionally, you will be taught various techniques to quiet your mind and discover your true inner self.

PRANAYAMA
Our mornings will start with simple yet powerful breathing techniques that have a profound, soul-nurturing impact by channeling vital life force. You’ll also learn how to use your breath as an anchor to stay in the present moment — where life truly unfolds.

EXCURSIONS
During our retreat, we love to get out and explore the magic of Rishikesh! Each day, we take you on at least one excursion to discover its rich culture, spiritual spots like temples, ghats, and ashrams, and even serene white sand beaches by the Ganga. We add a bit of adventure with short hikes and nature walks, letting you connect deeply with India’s vibrant soul and the peaceful yogic vibes of Rishikesh.

NUTRITION
During your stay, we serve pure, light, and nourishing Sattvic food — rich in prana and made with love. Sattvic meals help cleanse the body, calm the mind, and raise energy levels, allowing you to go deeper into your yoga and meditation practice.

ACCOMODATION
Our yoga retreat accommodations are cozy, clean, and comfortable. All rooms come with air conditioning, WiFi, an attached bathroom, and a courtesy tray. They are available for single occupancy or double occupancy — double occupancy is perfect for two people who are travelling together.
