This meditation is designed to help open, heal, and align the heart chakra (Anahata), the energetic centre associated with compassion, emotional balance, forgiveness, and the ability to give and receive unconditional love. When the heart chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may feel emotionally guarded, disconnected, or dependent on external validation.
