The course of procedures helps to literally “become reborn” and to release any negative or stagnant energy. Using oils, a special diet, proper nutrition, and the day mode (rest, meditation, and yoga) benefits your body, and accumulated poisons are removed. Candle making can be a soothing and therapeutic activity, and using handmade candles for meditation and relaxation can be a powerful tool for stress relief and mindfulness. It would be a perfect addition to your retreat. Our workshop is designed to complement the tranquil atmosphere of the retreat by combining the therapeutic aspects of candle-making and meditation to help you find a sense of calm and balance. Participants will have the chance to create their personalized candles by choosing calming colors and scents for them.

Material: Beeswax naturally burns cleanly and has a faint honey-like scent. Essential oils are plant-based oils extracted from a plant’s leaves, flowers, stems, and other parts. They are highly concentrated and are known for their therapeutic properties. Some essential oils that are particularly effective for relaxation include lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood.
