RELAXATION
Spend time in nature by the sacred Ganga, meditating in peaceful surroundings, enjoying chai with friends, joining evening Ganga aarti, or rejuvenating your body and mind in the spa or sauna.
Our daily routine includes morning breathwork, Yoga, and mindful meditation practice, as well as creative and deeply releasing workshops, and evening excursions, all supported by delicious, plant-based meals beautifully prepared by our personal retreat chef in our communal kitchen.
RETREAT HAVEN
This tranquil venue is nestled in the mountains. The accommodation is ideally suited, offering modern rooms – each twin share with its own private en-suite bathroom, or a few single options are available. You’ll create new lifelong friendships and form deeper connections with old friends.
DELICIOUS HOME-COOKED PLANT-BASED CUISINE
Imagine how you’ll feel as you delight in being served breakfast, lunch and dinner with your new & old friends on our hand-carved wooden table. Enjoy the tasty & wholesome cuisine exquisitely prepared by our experienced and creative plant-based food chef.
You will have the opportunity to peek into the kitchen and learn how to nourish your body with the energetic elements and fabulous flavours of our vegetarian meals, which are aligned with the spring season.


WELLNESS PROGRAM
Surrender into BLISS – a deeply relaxing massage with our highly experienced masseur and personal energy healing session are all part of your individual Retreats bliss experience.
Sacred self-care activities will include chakra energy flow dance and release, divine deep tissue massage, personalised one-on-one energy healing sessions, and a workshop with sensual essential oils, as well as Ayurvedic tea.
We’ll explore ancient tools to help you destress, let go of any negative thoughts that no longer serve you, learn how to experience deep, calm relaxation on the mat & discover how to find deep calm off the mat.
In our evening gathering, we will have the opportunity to reflect on the fantastic experiences of the day, alone and together with your supportive group of women.
There is plenty of me-time to reflect and journal.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring comfortable clothes for the warm days and cooler evenings, closed shoes for walks, toiletries, and Yoga clothes. It’s recommended that you bring your own mat & all other Yoga props are provided for you. Group size maximum 12 people. Spaces are Limited.
