Our Ayurveda Wellness Retreat is a holistic program that combines the science of Ayurveda with the practice of Yoga and Meditation. Each participant receives personalised care through daily Ayurvedic treatments, guided by experienced therapists.
Along with Ayurveda healing treatments, your day will include Yoga sessions to improve flexibility and strength, as well as meditation practices to foster mental clarity and emotional balance. We also serve fresh, nourishing satvik meals that support detoxification and overall wellness.
Retreat Duration & Flexibility
Our Ayurveda Retreat is designed to offer flexibility based on your individual needs. You are welcome to join the retreat for any duration that suits your schedule; however, a minimum stay of 3 days is required to experience the benefits effectively.
The final duration of your retreat may also be personalised after a consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, who will recommend a suitable plan based on your health condition and the treatments required.
