Yogic Practices
There will be two daily classes: energizing yogic mornings and calming afternoons, with ample room to practice and seek guidance on posture, breath, wellness, and philosophy. The morning Yoga classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa flow, and Ashtanga, beginning with alchemical sunrise meditations and concluding with deep relaxation. Here, you are guided to go beyond patterned limitations and drop into your sacred nature. The classes vary based on the group dynamics and are adjusted to the level of each student. Beginners to advanced are welcome. The deeper you go, the deeper we go.
Retreat Itinerary:
Day 1: The Retreat begins with arrival, orientation, and gentle Yoga, followed by a manifestation session by the Ganga to set intentions. The second day focuses on deepening practice through pranayama, Yoga for the spine, and breath awareness meditation, along with a refreshing hike to a waterfall and a moving water meditation in the evening. On the final day, participants experience pranic healing, Yoga for the neck and shoulders, and a closing circle before check-out, leaving them with renewed energy, clarity, and inner balance.
Day 2: On the second day of the Retreat, participants begin with pranic healing and Yoga for the neck and shoulders, followed by a nourishing breakfast and a body awareness meditation to deepen their mindfulness. The afternoon brings a soulful experience with the Ganga Aarti. At the same time, the evening concludes with a calming beach meditation and a shared dinner, leaving everyone with a sense of harmony, renewal, and inner peace.
Days 4-9: Days 4-9 focus on deep rejuvenation and balance, beginning with intensive breathwork and Yoga for stability, followed by a nourishing breakfast and a soothing sound bath session. After lunch, participants experience the healing benefits of Ayurvedic therapy. The evening offers leisure time for rest and reflection, concluding the day with a peaceful dinner.
Day 10: The final day of the Retreat begins with morning breathwork and an energizing asana class, followed by a heartfelt closing circle to reflect and share experiences. The journey concludes with check-out, leaving participants grounded, renewed, and ready to carry their practice into daily life.

Surrounded by serene mountains and lush forests, it is a place where spiritual seekers, adventure enthusiasts, and travelers come together. From practicing Yoga and meditation in peaceful ashrams, such as the famous Beatles Ashram, to exploring ancient temples and attending soulful Ganga Aarti ceremonies, Rishikesh offers a unique blend of spirituality and culture. At the same time, it is a hub for thrilling water sports, such as white-water rafting, making it a destination where inner peace and adventure blend seamlessly.

Group size
This is an intimate group, with a minimum of 4 people required and a maximum of 10.
Course information
The Yoga classes, practices, and hikes are designed for all levels. Beginners are welcome, and advanced practitioners are also encouraged to participate.
Passport / Visa
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and are the traveler’s responsibility. Please check your country’s requirements. Applications for visas can be submitted at the Indian consulate or embassy, or through the services of a travel agent or visa processing agency. You must have a valid passport for at least six months after your arrival date to be permitted entry into India.
