Certified Teachers

Kailash Yoga Ashram proudly presents our certified and devoted teachers with various backgrounds and a focus on diverse practices. It is the core of our mission to transmit our love, compassion, and harmony to our Yogis, in addition to knowledge. We consider ourselves on the same path of self-discovery, as this beautiful journey never ends. We always have much to learn about life, ourselves, and our relations to others.

With this in mind, we strive to provide high-standard teaching in a loving, nonjudgmental environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves, opening up, and growing.

Chahat

Chahat

I am Chahat, an art therapist, Yoga teacher, and Empathetic Soul.

My healing journey began from a place of deep pain and loss. After my mother, who was truly my world and the only person I could share everything with, passed away, I felt broken. Life at home offered no sense of belonging, and I silently carried anxiety, depression, and moments where I even questioned the value of continuing my life.

In those dark times, I turned to Yoga and Meditation. What started as a desperate search for comfort slowly became my safe space, like coming home to myself.

When I first arrived in Rishikesh, I thought it would just be a short visit. But the Ganga’s flow, the chants in the air, and the quiet strength of the Himalayas gave me something I had been searching for all along, inner peace. Rishikesh didn’t just change my surroundings; it transformed me from within.

Here, I also met Rohit ji, whose vision deeply resonated with me, to create a safe space for people who feel lost in this chaotic world. Aligning with his path, I became part of the Kailash Yoga Ashram, where we guide and support others in their healing journey together. We believe the world is still full of kind souls, and by helping one another, we can heal both our bodies and our unhealed hearts.

Today, my purpose is to share this journey with others. Through Yoga, meditation, and art therapy, I create nurturing spaces where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Healing is not just personal; it ripples out and inspires others to heal, too.

This is more than just teaching; it’s walking alongside people on their journey back home to themselves.
