Very often, we are trapped in everyday routine, having no time for ourselves, which can be tolerable for some time, but on a long term, we might get overwhelmed or even start having health issues. 7-day retreat is the best option, if you feel overloaded at work or at home, going through a difficult period and doubting yourself or the purpose of life. Through Yoga, Meditation, and holistic activities, nestled in a peaceful environment of Rishikesh, we will help you to recharge your energy, boost your confidence and get back on track!

What to expect?
During this 7-day retreat, we will bring you on a journey of a self-discovery and self-realization.
One week is a perfect length that will give you the opportunity to learn, reflect, try and put in practice new things. We willgive you some tips, teach you some useful techniques, stimulate your consciousness and make you explore your own limits. Through Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation you will set off on a spiritual journey towards your happier self.
With daily Asanas practice andMeditations, we will help you create yourpersonal routine, that will work for you and be aligned with your lifestyle. It will make it easier to follow even back in your natural environment, often filled with stress and obligations.
Our retreats are designed to heal your body, mind and soul through mindful practices, but also by connecting to the beautiful nature around us, holy places of Rishikesh inspiring rich history and traditions, and through simple moments of joy shared with other participants.
Your journey of a full rejuvenation will be completed with delicious heart-warming meals. Sattvic diet is known to provide important nutrients and needed energy on busy days and yet stay light to make it easy on your digestive system and mind.
YOGA ASANAS
1 – 2 daily yoga sessions. One in the early morning to energize your body and awaken your spirit; and the other at the end of the day to gently settle down and prepare for the night. You may expect a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
MEDITATION
1 – 2 daily classes where you will be taught different meditation techniques, accompanied by chant of mantras to invoke personal intentions.
PRANAYAMA
Teaching you different breathing exercises that will help you to relax and enhance clarity. Together with Yoga & Meditation, this practice completes the journey towards inner balance and peace of mind.
EXCURSIONS
1 – 2 daily sight-seeing visit or natural walk to explore the beauty of Rishikesh, rich in history and traditions.
WELLNESS
One Ayurvedic massage. Special, full-body oil massage designed to release blockages in your body and let the energy flow in the right direction.
NUTRITION
3 nutritious sattvic meals during 6 days and breakfast on the day of check-out. Unlimited provision of filtrated water. Other meals and beverages available at extra charge.
ACCOMMODATION
6 nights in a comfortable hotel room, on private or shared basis, with adjacent bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi and a courtesy tray. A/C at extra charge.
